"I got the canopy for my son after ice slid off the roof and ripped the original canopy. I knew nothing about brand or place of purchase so I emailed dimensions and pics to the customer service team. The next morning I was provided with the item to order. The canopy arrived 4 days later and it fits perfectly. "Looks to be of good quality but only time will tell. Upon installation of the canopy, I quickly realized two things could be improved. One, the corner Velcro straps need to be longer because the metal frame is doubled up in that area. As it is now, I was only able the get one maybe two centimeters attached. Second, the straps in the middle of each side land right on top of the middle metal rod that travels to the top of the gazebo. Simply moving the strap to one side or the other by an inch or two or turning the strap from an up and down direction to a side to side so you could attach it to the vertical metal rod would resolve that issue. I was still able to attach said straps so it wasn't a big deal just thought I'd make a suggestion. The corner straps definitely need to be longer in order to secure the canopy."
