"The quality of the canopy was very good, but something was off with the size, it fit perfect on one end, but the other was too short, I actually ended up cutting my aluminum supports to fit the canopy. Because of that, it took too long to fit the cover over the frame, and will probably not do this again."

"I have been patiently waiting over a year for a replacement canopy that is shown on your website, but has not been available. When I initially looked on Garden Winds around this time last year, there was an availability date of September 2014. As that date approached, there was a new date posted for March 2015, as that date approached, a new date of August 2015 was posted. Recently, the availability date was moved up to July 31, 2015. I pre-ordered the canopy, but subsequently cancelled - since we really did not want to wait almost the whole summer to use our gazebo. After addition extensive search, I was unable to find the exact replacement, so I took a chance on ordering replacement canopy for the same 10 X 12 sized gazebo made for another manufacturer. This was not the solution as it did not fit our gazebo. I immediately repackaged it and have sent it back to Garden Winds (which cost me $10 for the return shipping.)."

"It was not clearly stated that the gazebo cover was made to fit only one type of gazebo. It was very disappointing to find out that it would not fit my gazebo, even though the dimensions were the same. I was happy that an exception was made to their "no return" policy but I still lost out on the shipping charges both ways. I have now ordered the appropriate replacement cover but will have to wait until after July 15 to actually receive it as it is out of stock until then. Another disappointment!"
