"The canopy is beautiful; more so than the original, but it leaks like a sieve. The original was water 'resistant' but this one is not.
Eight days after we installed it, the rain came and all our furniture got soaked. Two days later, the same thing.
We looked on line at the return policy and it stated the canopy must be in resell-able condition or they would deduct from the refund, plus they were going to charge $10 to return it.
I decided to order some 303 product and try to make it 'water-resistant' as it was supposed to be. The 303 product was another $65 and is on the way.
If I had it to do again, I'd have one custom made or put a permanent top on it. (But, it is pretty :-( "
