"I ordered the gazebo replacement top at noon on Thursday from Barrie Ontario Canada and it arrived before noon on Friday. Have never experienced such quick shipping. The top fits very well. Just have to add more straps to hold a little tighter."
"The replacement for the second tier always requires that I make PVC post in the center to take out the slack. My structure is a Monarch frame and the universal replacements just are not an exact fit. Also I ordered the rip lock 500 and nowhere in the packaging does it say 500, only riplock. The ties need to be include for the mid rails (and are not), not just the diagonal rails and outer frame rails.

"It would have been a great experience if the customer service rep was provided with more specific information. In particular, the spacing between the hooks of the tarp since I had removed the tag on my old one. That way I could have just measured and gotten the right fit."
