"If I called and waited over 20 minutes then hung up. I got on line to order the canopy that I needed. It said that you didn't have any of the regular $119.00 in stock that it would be July 31st go figure. I saw the RipLock one for $160.00 which I was ok with being $40.00 more at least I'd have a canopy. It showed that you had 4 in stock so I ordered it and I got a confirmation. Well I kept tracking it and couldn't see where it had shipped so I called. The lady I spoke with was very very nice however she told me it wouldn't be in before the end of July or the first of August. The summer will be almost over by then so I told her to cancel my order. If I could get it shipped today I would still buy it but I can not wait that long. It looks like I'm going to have to go out and get an entire gazebo, not this brand again, which is almost the same price anyway. What I would recommend is anybody who buy's one of these to order a spare canopy from the start so you'll have it. The original ones only last about 2-3 years before it dry rots."
