"This is my third canopy replacement in two years. I bought two one year( the least expensive ones), one for me and one for my Mom. They both showed signs of major wear after the first year. The fabric was wearing down quite rapidly and one (my Mom"s) started tearing in places so we finally took it down. I hope that this canopy will last longer than a year or two."
