"The cover I bought is way too small for my gazebo - if I use any method to force it on it will rip. It's short by 5 or 6 inches and doesn't appear to be square, even tough it's supposed to be a 10x10 canopy. I'd try the "Universal" canopy but it doesn't fit a corner-pocket gazebo, which to me seems ridiculous, not "Universal" at all. Since there's no other source for a replacement it looks like I'll have to buy a new gazebo. This is very disappointing... I'm guessing this is a frequent problem with Garden Winds - the first thing that fell out of the box was the replacement instructions and return tag! Hope other people have better luck than I did, I won't bother with Garden Windows again."

"Item arrived as described in a timely manner. Price was a little steep for just a replacement canopy, but I guess it's cheaper than a whole new swing. Wish there were more color options. The only color option was a tan that doesn't quite match the tan of the cushions, but it's not so bad as to be offensive."

"The ordering and shipping process was fine. The product seems cheaper than the original cover purchased with my pergola (from Sears years ago.) Unfortunately, the same day we put the cover up we had a rain storm. All four ties broke away from shade cover itself. There was mild wind but I wouldn't expect that kind of damage from the storm. My previous shade made it through 5 springs of rain, wind and thunderstorms before wearing out.
Not satisfied with the product quality at all.

"When I ordered my replacement canopy I was told there would be some in stock in April. So I ordered. Then it was on back-order until July. Now it is on back order until September. I have now cancelled my order and will purchase else where.
