"The staff person that took our reservation must have been training or has never been trained. We asked for a non smoking room but was put in one. The room had holes in the curtains and smelled so bad. When we called the desk we were told she would make a notation on our reservation. The bathroom was so small we counldnt close the door without feeling claustrophobic and you couldn't reach the toilet paper because it was behind you, the sink was outside the bath it was new but tiny. There was one wash cloth in our room for 2. They were putting carpet in the hallway so maybe they were working on remodeling. I wouldn't stay there again unless it is. I wouldn't take a shower there but my husband did and said the shower head had good water pressure! "

"Hi - The service was unbelievably fast - i had the replacement gazebo within 2 days. That was fantastic. However, i do have to say i was a little dissapointed with the quality of the fabric and stitching. As i was putting it on i could tell the stitching wouldn't hold for very long. Also, the model i bought didn't quite fit my gazebo frame and i'm positive i did buy the correct model. It was a bit too loose.

One strong wind and the cover woudl either blow off the frame, or rip.

"I was looking for a replacement canopy for our gazebo and found this place on-line. I ordered one and it came within 7 to 10 days. When we went to put it on it was too small..we were so disappointed. BUT I e-mailed the customer service dept. and gave them measurements of the gazebo and found installation directions for our gazebo on-line and sent a picture from there. I asked them if they could help me figure out which canopy would fit our gazebo and they got right back to me. I have ordered the right one now I hope. And the return process seemed very easy. "
