This is my third replacement. The first cost me $20 on clearance. The second, $85. This one cost $147 and it doesn't fit. Waste of my time."
"This was a re-order of the same items purchased last year. This review is for the original order. I contacted Garden Winds to see if I could have some consideration for the weather damage experienced by the two rip-stop canopies that I had purchased. Customer Service response and Communication was good. After two months of emails and pictures they made their determination that since the canopies were two weeks beyond the six month warranty period they would offer no consideration. No problem, but they could have told me that at the beginning. Why were they asking me to take pictures of the support structure and then the damaged canopies only to tell me that sorry but you contacted us two weeks beyond the warranty period?"
"Canopy was received very quickly and is as advertised. It was installed a few weeks ago and while a bit difficult to stretch out (probably as it should be) it did not take long and looks great. It has endured some strong wind and we look forward to enjoying its shade all summer."
