"The canopy replacement for my gazebo screen room did not fit the frame - the dimensions were about 3-5 inches too short, even after (carefully) trying to stretch the canopy to fit on the corners. It just would not fit - so either the canopy was improperly manufactured, mislabeled as to which product it replaced, or not sized/engineered properly. Customer service was good - receipt was timely and credit for return was also timely - however, I do not think I should have had to have my return item credit reduced $10 for using their return label - a defective product return should not have required me to pay for shipping, whether using my own service or their return label."

"I was quite excited about ordering a new canopy for a 2-seater swing on-line as I had difficulty finding one locally. The only sizes listed were small, medium and large so my husband and I assessed the sizes based on pictures and I ordered a medium which, when it arrived, was too big! I phoned customer service for 2 reasons: 1) to tell them the name on the return slip (should I need to return it, was not mine.......suggesting that it was previously sold) and, 2) to return and reorder the correct size. I was told the sizes were listed (? where) and because I was a Canadian customer they had a $45.00 restocking fee, although it said $10.00 on the documentation in the box. My total order was $83.99 US so why would I pay that amount to return it, especially when my documentation stated differently and I would have additional costs to reship a new size. I now have an oversized swing canopy which I shall have to modify to fit my swing and I shall never purchase through Garden Winds again. Buyer beware! "

"I was very happy to be able to find a replacement canopy as it was an older gazebo. The fabric is different than the original, but it is much lighter weight, and it is a better fabric. The old one was a duck cloth, and the new one is a nice nylon. Much lighter weight and does the same function of providing shade. The price was also very good! I expected to pay a lot more, so when I found it at the price I did, I was pleased. "

"Too tight, but nice fabric. Not much stretch though. We ended up cutting arm to shorten them so the canopy would fit. This is probably the last year that the frame will hold anyways. "
