"I sent 3 photos of my shelter on your website ( after being asked too) and no one answered. When I called a young girl was very curt and not very helpful gave me a model number she thought it might be but did not exist on your site. I ordered the universal and it doesn't fit. All in all, very unsatisfied. I am reluctant to send it back spend another 80$.

"Purchased a replacement top 5 years ago and was satisfied with it. We needed a new one so ordered the replacement. The sides (12 x 12 corners) fit fine. The top portion is much too large and sags. Only has 25 fasteners. The previous top had 50. Called customer service for assistance in trying to get a top that would fit. Thought Garden Winds would have the information on the difference between the two tops. They were absolutely no help at all. Since this top is not usable, we put on the old top. We were very disappointed."
