"i ordered two canopy on 4/22. One was temporary out of stock and I assumed the other one will be delivered within 3-4 days as stated on their website. 14 days later when I didn't receive my order, I called and was told that they didn't ship the order as one was out of stock. They should have emailed or contacted notifying that I wont receive any of the order until all was in stock. I needed the canopy by Mother's day and had to pay over $40.00 for the next day delivery. They wouldn't waive the delivery charge. Not very customer friendly. "

"We received our order within the allotted time and placing the order was easy. We have not yet taken the product out of the box yet, but this will be our second replacement canopy. We were very impressed with our first replacement canopy. We live on a lake with very high winds which destroy these canopies. The garden winds riplock replacements are the best we have found."

"The canopy is just slightly smaller than the original. It has made it impossible to make it fit the gazebo, even though it is advertised as a replacement for the exact same gazebo we purchased. We now have a canopy just draped over the frame trying to figure out what to do. After 2 hours of tugging and shifting, we gave up for now. If you have suggestions please help,"
