"Kudos for very prompt shipping. The product arrived very quickly an din excellent condition. However, the gazebo replacement cover purchased is very expensive for, especially for being a made in China product which will likely only last 2 seasons. The prior cover that was also purchased from this company for the same gazebo only lasted 2 seasons before it fell apart.
While the company has some hard to find products, it charges a premium price for average to poor quality and thus has left this customer somewhat less than satisfied. "
"This is my second purchase from Garden Winds. Several years ago we received a Garden Winds swing as a gift. We had to order a part for the canopy connector and they were so helpful and prompt. I just ordered a new cushion and it was back-ordered but should arrive in July. The swing itself is in great shape. The sun is hard on the fabrics so have to replace the cushions & I made a new canopy!

"First time ordering from garden Winds. Easy process. I normally order replacement canopies through Home Depot, but they were backordered, and frankly, the canopies do not last very long and turn to powder after a couple years. When I received the riplock canopy, it was obviously of higher quality. It had reinforcement at all corners and at each Velcro attachment, it had extra drain holes, and the polymer coating was very apparent; not just a waterproofing spray. The only possible downside is that the pattern-size was so tight, it was difficult to install, but it did go on and it looks tough!
I would recommend that the fabricators loosen the pattern by about 1/8-3/16 inch overall, so it will still be very taut, but not bust a knuckle putting it on. I would definitely recommend this company for the quality of their product."
