"This is the 2nd new gazebo top that we have purchased in 2 years. The first one was in 2013. We used for the first time in 2014 for 6 months and took it off for the winter months. When we re-installed it this year on April 17th, we found multiple tears along the pressure points where it secures to the metal frame of the gazebo. We purchased this 2nd gazebo top as a backup in case this one tears further. "

"I am very unhappy and disappointed with the product I ordered from your website. I live in Northern British Columbia, Canada and the weather is now warm enough to enjoy the outdoors. My husband and I put the new replacement canopy on our gazebo today, which fit perfectly BUT it has 16 deliberately made holes in the roof !!! 4 on each side of the canopy, that as far as I can see have no logical purpose ! The picture on your website of the canopy I ordered had NO holes in it as did my original canopy. The canopy is useless with the holes as the rain will run through them and onto my table and chairs ! The main reason we have the covered gazebo is so we can enjoy eating meals outdoors even when it is raining and everything stays dry ! It is not feasible for us to send the canopy back to you, there is no way we can fold it back up and ship it back in its original state as the enclosed note says to do, and also your website no longer shows the replacement canopy I purchased from you ( Replacement Canopy for Bay Somerset Gazebo - RipLock 350 (LCM221-RS ) So now I have to pay someone to sew patches over the holes !!! Again I am very unhappy and extremely disappointed !!! "

I must have a different model of the swing, but it looks exactly like the one on your website. You should receive back tomorrow. If you have a longer version I would be happy to reorder."
