"Just installed the canopy yesterday; the fabric seems much improved over the last 2 we had. No ripping with installation - that was great. The Velcro fasteners that help stabilize the sides are better - fixed to the support beams rather than to itself over the beams as in previous designs. I also purchased the solar light rope. When these little lights came on for the first time, we were delighted with the soft glow effect, and they easily went all the way around."

"The cover did not fit, it was about an inch short on the 10' side. I bought a replacement cover for the same frame several years ago from you and it fit perfectly. I am guessing you changed manufactures and this one did not know how to make it right. Before I retired I worked for an company that makes earth moving equipment. When we sent some tooling drawings to a Chinese manufacture to have made to be used in the U.S.A. they did a terrible job on them and we had to throw them all away. They seem okay in making massed produced things but with small lot numbers they need a lot of supervision. I have sent the cover back and I expect you to decide if I need to pay for the shipping, I had faith in your company and they disappointed me."
"Everything was quick and easy until the delivery.
Received notification it would be here on the Wednesday following the order ---a day we were not going to be home. As we live 110km from the nearest Fed Ex store, made arrangements for someone to be here. The order did not come till the following day and the tracking on Fed Ex site did not change until late on day of delivery.
