"Ordered a gazebo replacement canopy for metal gazebo from DC America brand back in February on back order, but I recieved it in a few weeks. I live in Chicago area so I had to wait for good spring weather to put it up, so I open it in April and it doesn't fit , to small to tight can't get corners on. My gazebo is 11.5' x 11.5' and the canopy was supposed to be 12' x 12' . The bad part is they don't want to refund after 30 days, how was I supposed to know if it fit in February and March ? The customer service rep. Was helpful and caring she was going to ok a refund, have not recieved as of yet. If I get a no haste refund then I will rate it higher! The product itself was poorly made poor quality from China."
