Called customer service and ordered the correct color. They informed me they would not cover the cost of shipping for the return despite it being an honest mistake. The initial shipping rate to receive the cushions was $15. The cheapest rate for a return I could find was $90. Garden Winds believes this is a reasonable burden to their customers. I even offered to pay them the $15 if they would generate the return label. They said this was not possible. I will certainly never order from them again and encourage others to look elsewhere first. "They showed a picture of the dark canopy it originally came with. I assumed that was the color I ordered. It is a yellow beige color. It fits good on bottom piece but the small canopy too is too small so we had to info one of the arms so it could fit. We are hoping it will stretch a bit so we can fully extend the arm. It looks better than the top we had on the original one. Wish it was a different color :("

"We placed an order for a replacement gazebo top. I received an email confirming my order. a couple of weeks went by and I noticed my credit card hadn't been charged. I called and was told my top was backed order till July 15th. It is April right now. I feel that information should have been provided for me before I placed my order or at least an email after I placed the order. I shouldn't have had to make the call."
