"I needed to get a replacement canopy and cushion for my swing. I was able to get the canopy but have not been able to get the cushion for the past 2 years. This year they said it would be in by the end of May. I hope I do get it by then"

"The canopy was too small for my gazebo. I was told by your represenative that I would be required to send a picture of my gazebo to your company for verification to get a full refund. Instead I returned the product for a refund less $10 dollars shipping. I know what kind of gazebo I have and I don't have to prove it to you. I will never do business with your company again. Your product is flawed from the factory. It is 2 to 3 inches too short. Your representative was rude and kept interrupting me before I could finish my sentence and to make matters worse her supervisor did the same thing. I guess only time will tell how long I will have to wait for my refund less shipping. The product I returned was 100% undamaged and I have the photos to prove it. I will never recommend Garden Winds to anyone.
