"I couldn't find a canopy for my garden swing at any store in my area so I decided, as a last resort, to order online. I carefully measured and confidently placed my order. When it arrived it didn't fit but it was the quality of the canopy that was the biggest disappointment. It didn't look like it would withstand one summer! I had to return it with a $32 shipping loss to me! When I complained to the company about the whole ordeal they just emphasised the importance of measuring (which I had told them I had done).and that they don't return shipping costs....nothing about the quality of the canopy. Now I'm out $32 plus no canopy!"
