"I first talked to a customer service person who was very helpful. My first order was a long time ago and she looked up in her archives as to what size I had ordered for my replacement gazebo top. I then placed my order for a new heavier duty one. I was dissapointed that it only came in one color as I would have prefered the dark green one. Never the less I ordered the beige one anyway. I received it a lot sooner than I had thought and it went up without a hitch. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely order from them again the 3rd time!"

"I have used the replacement for my Gazebo before. They usually last 3seasons is all, but they fit nicely and stay put. Sun rot is what destroys them.. My only thought is....I wish they came in a darker shade, like dark green or dark blue or brown. That would give a better sun block."
