"After paying a premium for the tougher of my options. Product did not fit right and had was torn 10 months later. CS was contacted but could not help me with replacement. I rather build my own replacement than give these clowns a single cent."

"Attempted to take advantage of their trade-in program. As previous reviewers suggest, it appears to be a come-on. After weeks of exchanges, numerous questions, requests for photos, etc, etc, I got nowhere, even though they actively advertise that they are looking for this canopy. Don't waste your time."

"Bought the Allogio for a replacement. At first we were very happy. It fit tighter than origional. After 6 monts of use it is tearing in the corners. We even got the heavy duty canopy. Not happy."

"Good product (they are custom remakes of factory made gazebos, so they won't match the original. at all.) the workmanship and design was very similar, more than I expected.

VERY poor confirmation process. Only got emails when the item was shipped and one order didn't even show up on my orders page. It shipped four months later and they refused to send me a shipping label, so I'm out of pocket for $30 bucks to ship the extra one back (yes, extra, I ordered again thinking the first order didn't go through. I'm still their customer, but barely)

Just add $30 to any item, just to ensure that you want it and you will be satisfied with them. I was told "we are making a special exception to give you a full refund, which is an awesome exception" How about an automated email service that emails order confirmations, or responses to email requests for information? That would be even more awesome.

Plus, backordered item came the day before labor day weekend. Ordered in March, arrived at the end of August. SO glad we had that in time to take the gazebo down for winter.

"I purchased a new canopy from Garden Winds in March to use this summer. Due to a death in the family, we didn't install it until July and it leaked water through the roof on one side only the first time it rained after we installed it. After contacting Garden Winds, supplying pictures etc as requested, I received the following response from them:

"Thank you for your recent inquiry. Our canopies are made of a woven polyester synthetic fabric and weigh 180 grams per square meter, which is above the industry standard of 140 grams per square meter. Our canopies are an industry leading 350-Denier Fabric. This top is treated to be water resistant and is also UV resistant. Please keep in mind that the canopy acts as a roof for a structure. It is essentially a cloth roof. Through wind, weather, rain, and sun, the canopy will deteriorate over time. Unfortunately if we were to send out another replacement canopy - it will be exactly the same as the one you've received. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. What we can offer is a $20 discount on your next purchase, should you decide to place another order."

"Because our canopies are made water resistant, they are not water proof so essentially with enough rain the canopy will leak. Again, unfortunately if we send you out a replacement canopy - it will be the same as the one you've received as our canopies are NOT water proof."

In other words, even though the canopy is advertised to be water resistant, if you happen to get one that leaks, tough luck. I could understand this response if the canopy was a year old. My last one was five years old and never leaked. We only replaced it because it was old and faded.

"I paid 89.95 for a 10x10 replacement canopy. I want people to know that when it rains the middle of all 4 sides fill quickly with water and no way to drain. We have to go out and remove the water with long handled broom. It now has permanent sagging in the middle of all 4 sides. There is no where for the water in the middle to go. There's 2 small holes on each side of the 4 sides. There should be 2 more holes in the middle of each side for water to drain. I am very dissatisfied with this product. My gazebo furniture never got wet with the old canopy, but with this canopy, my furniture stays wet."

"Replacement canopy was completely different color than what was shown/advertised online. While I can use this one, it does not match the rest of the swing...$70 basically wasted. Thanks Garden Winds, won't buy from you ever again ans make sure I let everyone I know the same."

"I recently purchased a hexagon canopy from Garden Winds. What I received was not what I ordered. The ocanopy they shpped was very small and could not fit on my canopy. There advertisement was this was the same hexagon canopy from Home Depot Expo. That was not true. I made several calls and emails to the customer service department. They requested pictures of my gazebo the insure the correct shape was shipped. I provided them with the pictures. I originally just wanted the correct size. Now the custoer service department was so hard to do businesss with I just want a refund and will find this item somewhere else. I will not recommend this company to anyone."

"Hello, I purchased the higher priced more durable gazebo top. The shipping time was fine-arrived in just a few days. The top was advertised to fit & it did. Within an hour, it was put to the test, it rained. Immediately it leaked on the seam lines in no less than five places. The fabric had a line of flaws like it had been pulled, so that leaked also. I took photos & photos of the gazebo with the top in place. I contacted customer support, couple of days go by & they ask for the photos, a couple more days go by & the response is: since we don't know if the top fits your gazebo we will send you 1-0ne-1 more but then that's it. Since we don't know if it fits???really??? It was THE one THEY sell for this specific gazebo. Since their QUALITY control department is NON-existant why do I have to get stuck with a bad cheap Product that leaks right out of the box and likely get another. I would highly suggest you just go to your local Lowes or HD where customer service means something. It may cost a bit more UPFRONT BUT actually the replacement tops are cheaper. DO YOUR HOME WORK prior to getting stuck like me!"

"Gazebo cover was not what we expected. The fit is not as tight as the original, and even though we bought the heavy duty replacement unit, it was not as think and durable as the original top, The cloth top sags when wet, it even sags when dry but much worse when wet. We had purchased the gazebo as an end of the summer clearance at Target, the replacement top from Garden Winds cost over half what we had paid for the original complete unit. Overall disappointed int he quality of the product."

"This is my third order. I ordered 2 last year and they both ripped but I don't have a choice for the tiki gazebo. Also the last 2 didn't fit correctly so I had to saw off some of the extended poles to make it fit. I hope I have better luck this time. Also, I don't plan to put this one on until the latest one rips more."
