"I am sorry but the original top was torn up in one year. After a ton of red tape and numerous calls,you did replace it for free. I juat ordered another made out of stronger materiual for $179.00. You can't sell a product that is going to be otuside made so cheaply! Peopl cannoit affor to but a new one every year ot two. I live in California with no snow. When it rained it would stretch and leave a pool of water where you had manual dump through the drain holes. We will see how the new one works but I might look at Sunsetter for a price check. "
