"I ordered a replacement canopy exactly one year ago. The new canopy fit exactly like the old one. I was pleased. However, the old one was canvas and lasted four years and went through some very heavy storms. The new canopy is nylon and lasted less than one year before falling apart. This is the only place I have found to get a replacement canopy. I am looking for another place to buy one. But, for now I have to buy another one from them. My gazebo is a permanent fixture on the back of my house and I have to have a canopy on the frame. "

"Garden Winds provided me with the information I needed to order the correct replacement canopy for my mother-in-law's gazebo. The were very polite and professional as they provided help. "I would never buy anything from Garden Winds. I ordered a replacement canopy from Garden Winds in May 2010 and when I called them two weeks later, they told me that the canopy would not be available until Oct. 2010. I then told them to cancel the order and I bought a canopy from another company. On Dec. 13,2010 I received a canopy from Garden Winds and they charged my Visa card for the full price plus shipping. I called and asked them why they sent the canopy, especially when it was 7 months late. They told me that I didn not cancel the order. They agreed to take the canopy back but I have to pay the shipping which is $40. They told me that they don't make mistakes and of course I don't have proof that I canceled the order because it was a verbal conversation over the phone. My mistake was to trust these people. "

"We were never able to get the canopy to fit our gazebo. We contacted customer service and sent a photo of gazebo per their request. Never received help. Jury-rigged canopy to fit gazebo; however, it totally disintegrated in one season - the original lasted for years. We received a prompt refund, but would have preferred a decent product."

"I have been extremely happy with my purchasing at Garden Winds. I purchased a canopy back around March of 2010 for a swing that was purchased 7 yrs ago for my wife for a Mothers day present from her son & daughter. Long story short, the canopy did not fit and was returned. I then contacted customer service and a gentelman by the name of Mike Gomez contacted me asking for a picture and measurments of the frame work of the canopy for the swing, which I sent to him. I didn't hear from Mike for quite awhile and I finally emailed him to find out what was going on. A few days later I received an email back for Mike saying that he thinks he has found the exact canopy for the swing that was purchased 7 years ago and he sent me a picture of it and the canopy. The swing on the picture matched exactly to the swing set my wife had and I order the canopy. It is on back order and won't be delivered until February of 2011, but no problem. Garden Winds can be proud to have employees like Mike Gomez on their staff, he stuck with it for months, and found me the canopy that I needed, I am 72 yrs young and have never had an employee go that extra step to help me out. I am sure that this is the way Garden Winds trains their staff members and a lot of other businesses should take a lesson from them. I have told many people of my experience with Garden Winds and will continue to do so every chance I get, thank you once again Mike Gomez.
