"The replacement canopy I ordered had the exact model and item number listed for the umbrella I owned. The product I received was significantly materially different from the design of the OE canopy. The attachment points were non existent. Despite confirming by phone this is the right canopy for my model , they are now saying it MIGHT be a different one. But they can't verify without the model number which I have provided several times. They insist on not refunding return shipping despite this being their error. Each email I sent gets reviewed by a new person who seemingly ignores details I provide, specifically the model number, which they keep stating I have not provided. The material is also much thinner than OE, and does not seem like it would last. Do not recommend, one of the worst purchase experiences I've had. Would have been very easy for them to make this right. Even the guy on the phone sounded inconvenienced by my call and they all seem to have canned replies to customer concerns, which shows they get this a lot."

Spoke with customer service and was told it was more of a sunshade than to stop rain! So disappointing. You would think the replacement would be as good as original. The customer service representative was very nice, just the product is terrible."
