"Due to unexpected November storm, my canopy ripped. I ordered a replacement canopy in December, received it but never opened the box because the patio furniture was already put away. A few weeks ago (March), it was a great day so we pulled out the furniture and opened the box. It was the wrong one. Because it was a weekend, the call center was closed. I emailed my situation and asked for a "switch" (not a refund or return); that I would pay for the postage and they can keep the difference in price (which the wrong one was more expensive). Nope! 30 days - That's it. So I have a canopy I can't use, which I paid upwards of $75.00. I HAD to purchase another canopy because Garden Winds are the only one who has sells them. Word of Caution: If you find yourself in my situation, WAIT until you can ACTUALLY USE IT. If you don't check, you will be out... Just like me."
