"This was my fourth try at finding a top for my gazebo. They were all too small. I was told that this canopy would either be to large or too small and it did turn out to be a little big on the peak but thank goodness it fits. I wish when I called the first time I would have been told that I had ordered a canopy from you in 2017. When i called the second time, a woman mentioned that I had ordered one from you in 2017. I was so surprised. I just did not remember who I had ordered it from . I wish you had it in Kelly Green and scalloped edges but at this point, I'm grateful to get anything that works."
"I purchased a Shadowcreek Gazebo from Big Lots and the canopy failed just over one year. The replacement canopy from the manufacturer has been unavailable for months. I live in AZ and my wicker furniture was actually fading because I could not find a suitable replacement canopy. I was reluctant to buy this one from Garden Winds because of the reviews that it didn’t fit. Also I was concerned about reports that the solid gray canopy offered did not match the gray of the original manufacturers curtains. I have to say I am please with this purchase in the end. I did have a problem with the fit but was able to make it fit by removing the tapered plastic inserts on the tips of the frame where the frame ends into the pocket of the fabric on each corner edge. Removing them is the only way this canopy will fit. Once I removed the plastic tips, I used electrical tape so the raw edge of the frame did not cut into the fabric of the new canopy but in hindsight I could have just ordered square pipe ends for steel tubing. Who knows how long this canopy will last but it’s better than buying a whole new gazebo. If it doesn’t make it long I will post another review later. The problem is the tapered inserts at the end of the frame add about an inch to each side which makes it impossible to get the canopy fabric over the frame ends. I assume this after market item did not take these inserts into consideration because with them removed it fits perfectly. Anyway considering this was the only available option for a replacement, I took a chance rather than take the entire gazebo down because there was no replacement canopy available. Also the gray and charcoal damask print canopy matches pretty good with the gray curtains and netting that came with the original gazebo. I do wish Garden Winds would sell the matching curtains to their canopy. I order the matching pillow cases so I can try to pull the look together but haven’t received them yet as they are on backorder. Anyway, I know I read many reviews of angry customers who bought this gazebo just wanted people to know these can fit with this little trick. Garden Winds you may want to recheck specs on this canopy. A lot of complaints about the fit and I think this is why. "
"The company helped me find a replacement that the original vendor did not sell. I only needed to cut 2 inches off of one side on the top tier. This prevented spending 4 1/2 x the amount to replace the entire thing. Great product after storm shredded the original awning. The adjustment can be added back only being square tubing."

"Customer service has been helpful when they were out of stock in the color i wanted and switched the color. But when the canopy arrived I noticed the large thread holes in the seems.ast nights rain proved the poor waterproofing the canopy provides. Everything is soaked. I had the side walls up to block blowing rain but that didn't mater, as soon as the material was saturated water just ran straight through canopy. I have contacted customer service and will update when I have a resolution. "
