"My order experience this second purchase has been disappointing. The first purchase I made a year ago from Garden Winds (GW) was great. However this time around the item in the color I want is backordered. I was properly notified of this when I placed the order. I am waiting to see what happens on the estimated restocking date which is 18-Jan. I somewhat expected that the 18th was an overly conservative estimate on GW's part and that my order would be fulfilled before than. I guessed wrong. Lastly, I have not received any updates from GW on the status of my order."

"My gazebo canopy was destroyed in a recent windstorm. They're the only ones that sell the canopy replacement, but it is out of stock. They estimate the replacement will be available by April. I hope they're right. I went ahead and ordered it. "
