"First off, I'm so glad SOMEONE recognized the need to replace canopies. Garden Wind made it so easy. I sent pictures via text of my grill canopy; and not the best picture I might add. I could only tell them where I purchased as I no longer had my receipt to give them the model number. They texted me back their suggested replacement. I just put it up and it fit perfectly. ALSO, it appears to be better quality material than the original. I will be keeping Garden Winds info for future use. Way to effectively meet consumer's needs!"

"We moved into a new home and the previous owner left a 11' cantilever umbrella for us. It needed a new cover but we had no idea where it was bought from or the age of the umbrella. We have been working with Garden Winds to try and determine the correct covers. Unfortuately the first cover is slightly too small and has been returned but the service and assistance we have received has been great. We will work on getting the correct replacement cover and Garden Winds have been great.

"I ordered a replacement canopy top for my 10 x 10 gazebo on Thursday and received it on Saturday morning. I put it up and it fit perfect. Rip stop 350 is so much better and stronger than the original cheap one that came originally with the gazebo. I will definitely order from them again when I have to replace my other 2 tops in the next couple of months. Customer service was great when I called and ordered. I highly recommend Garden Winds."
"I ordered a canopy then immediately sent an email to see if the could check my previous orders to make sure we ordered the right one and was told no it was not the right one but there was nothing they could do as it already shipped. That I would have to return it and be charged shipping to send it back. When they recieved it I was told I would now be getting a refund for less than the canopy cost due to them deducting the first shipping charge and the second shipping charge. I have ordered several times from this company and would have thought by contacting them the same day we could have corrected this before it got shipped. My advice is never order from this company unless you know exactly what you need before you order!"
