I did some more research and I knew that what I was looking for it was still available...
I called back and the second rep was well informed and we were able to find the replacement gazebo set that I was looking for...
He found my file from a previous order, it was a repeat order that I was looking for, he promised me that he will check at the warehouse and that he will call me the next 48 hours with an answer!
The guy called me back the next 30 minutes to inform me that my replacement set wasn't available in stock but it will be available in spring 2021 so we placed the order!

"I ordered a new top for my Aldi purchased gardenline gazebo. There are 2 pieces to the canopy - one that fits over the 10x10 frame and one that fits over the 3x3 upper hole. The top canopy to cover the opening in the 10x10 canopy is to small for the frame size. I called customer service and was told they don't have one that fits that gazebo and I would need to send back both canopies, even though they were already installed, to get a refund. I wasn't looking for a refund. I was looking for a top canopy piece that fits my gazebo. Needless to say - I will be holding onto what I have and making it work. "
"They were quick in responding when I text a picture of my swing to see what canopy I'd need to order. The canopy was on backorder, which was fine. When it was supposed to be in, no one reached out to say it was on backorder again. I had to go online and look at the canopy I was waiting on to find that out. I even sent in a request to find out what was going on. Two whole months later, with no communication or reaching out, I see my order has finally been processed. I'm not one to complain, but their customer service is severely lacking."
"I have ordered 3 Pergola covers from Garden Winds. The first one was fine- 2 years later I ordered another one ( a higher quality) and the cover began to rip after about a year and a half. I have ordered a 3rd one that was just installed. "
"It was super expensive. I think the entire swing cost me less. I can't find the swing at that price now and the bones of the swing is still good so I bought the replacement cushion. Just a good as new. Moral of the story- put the cushion away during off season."
"This was the only place I could find a replacement canopy for an item I purchased on Amazon. Thankfully, the price was reasonable! Shipping was fast as well. If available, I’m going to buy another because in a few years I’ll need to replace it again and who knows if this item will be there?"
