"Website states to pick the place where you purchased your swing. This is what i did and the actual picture of my swing was there, i was so happy and i ordered it. I guess its something that they keep in stock because as soon as as they processed my payment i received an email saying that my order had shipped. I received the item and to my dismay it was about an inch too short. I contacted Garden Winds only to be told that I did not send measurements ( website says if you don’t see the picture of your swing then send measurements, model number and a picture of the swing). Now if i want to return it i must pay to send it back and i feel like its a rip off because it already cost me shipping to receive it. Customer service sucked; they talked to me as though I was stupid or something and did not even try resolving the problem. My advice: Keep looking for a place that will make you a canopy"
