Made a phone call, was requested to send photos of the canopy frame but I just told them the frame is 10X10 model number and I wish to purchase a single tier universal cover, you also have to choose a color. Two days later my canopy was one the frame. How simple is that? This is the 2nd time I ordered from Garden Winds. First order was a flop. A two tier canopy was sent, instead of a single tier. GW would send a single tier if I returned the one I sent. Returning the item was cost prohibitive for me. "
