"I have purchased several items form Gardens Winds over the years. Unfortunately, the last two items had to be return for poor workmanship. The replacement pieces were massed produced incorrectly and customer service could care less. I had to pay the return shipping even though it was clearly their manufacturing error. Extremely disappointed. I located another company that I will do business with in the future. My advice is buyer beware."
"After reading previous reviews, I wasn't surprised to find the canopy a little small for the frame. I expected it to be tight but when trying to pull a center pocket over the frame the stitching started to tear. I was able to get 5 of the 6 pockets on by using a shoe horn (yes, it actually helped a lot) but the last corner pocket was 2 inches from going on. No amount of stretching was going to reach that far so I ended up redrilling a hole in my frame that allowed the frame to flex enough to reach the pocket. If the canopy stretches over time I can move the frame back to the original hole but that will have to be some stretch. I do believe the 500 canopy is heavier than the original and time will tell how long it lasts. I do like the center vent screen as it attaches with velcro on all 4 sides from under the main canopy resulting in a very clean install. The mesh screen isn't visible at all from outside the canopy, unlike the original which flopped around outside the exterior of the canopy. If it wasn't for the overly tight fit and the resulting damage to the stitching of one pocket and the necessary modification of the frame in order to even get the canopy installed, I would have gladly given this 5 stars. "
