"I ordered an umbrella canopy replacement. The color they sent me was not the original color of my umbrella and I was not satisfied. So I called and asked them if I could switch the color to another color they had and they said they do not do exchanges. So I have to return the one canopy and pay the return shipping and wait for them to refund me and at the same time order a new canopy and pay for more shipping for them to send it to me. Pretty bad customer service in my opinion.
Also the canopy replacement is not nearly as good as the original. it’s very thin and looks like it won’t last half as long. Pretty bummed considering they charged a total of $170 when the original umbrella and stand cost around $300 for everything not just the cheap canopy. I called the original company who made the canopy and unfortunately they don’t make it anymore so I had to go through this company. Honestly if they would’ve done an exchange I wouldn’t be half as mad, but damn this is been a pain in the ****. Buyer beware"
