"I feel SO lucky to have discovered Garden Winds!! I bought my gazebo 3 yrs. ago, and when the canvas cover split and then SHREDDED in our first Arizona dust storm of the season, I was aghast to find that, not only was our gazebo discontinued by the manufacturer, but I couldn't find my gazebo's size and design anywhere! Local patio cover/sun shade companies didn't want to help me at all--except for the one merchant that mentioned Garden Winds (actually, he called it "Summer Winds," which is a local plant nursery :) in passing. I was just about to give up and scrap a beautiful and expensive gazebo when I happened upon Garden Winds. I was shocked to find MY gazebo, and an assortment of replacement covers that were BETTER than what came from the factory. The customer assistant (Grace) was wonderful, and I was stunned when my gazebo cover arrived via UPS in TWO DAYS!!! I had my favorite handyman install the cover, and although it was a tighter fit than the previous canvas, it also more effectively repelled the first monsoon rain of the season last night, VERY happy!!! I will now order the same cover--but in BLUE-- since it's on back-order. And so, should the gazebo cover rip after its 1 yr. warranty is up, I will always have a beautiful back-up. " I am a Florida resident with a vacation home in New Jersey; I have been so for 8 years. Your customer service was very helpful helping me choose the correct top for our gazebo, which I purchased.
Two days before it was scheduled to arrive, I got a voicemail message that they were cancelling the order and having the top sent back to them because they "were not allowed to ship to a state different from the state of the billing address." Are you kidding me? No other company has a policy like that. It is standard practice for online shippers to ship to a state with a different address. Just this year, I have received over 100 such online orders. My friends and neighbors were flabbergasted when I told them. Many of them to the same thing. A bizarre policy. Unacceptable treatment of a customer."
