We've had our Seville Swing many years; and during the years have had to replace the canopy and the cushion due to normal wear and weathering. The first was the canopy and then the cushion. Now after again many years the canopy had to be replaced. FYI this is just normal replacement and NOT due to any product defect.

"The canopy I purchased is extremely hard to get on. Two of us can't even stretch it far enough to get it on. In doing so it put a hole by the grommet. Very unhappy with this item. I ordered this same item last year and it was hard to get on, but not as hard as this year. That one ripped in the middle after a year. This is the only canopy that fits my swing. I'm very displeased with the quality of this product."

"I was very impressed with how these folks were able to determine the correct replacement canopy for my grill gazebo. After ordering a covers elsewhere I learned there were many options with regard to size, configuration, etc. so back they went. Since I purchased the gazebo several years back the model # had long since faded so that was no help! I contacted Garden Winds via text message as prompted & they were back in touch with me in minutes. They were able to properly identify my particular grill gazebo through photos & a few simple questions. The cover arrived &, as promised, it was the right one! "

"What a great experience!! Their customer service was extremely prompt. Sent them pics of my canopy frame so the could confirm I selected the correct replacement top. And, quality, look and fit of the replacement is better than the original manufacturer. Better made, better quality, better fit and better look. Plus, Garden Winds still makes the replacement even though Hampton Bay has discontinued it. Absolutely a 5 star rating!!! Would be a six star if I could!!!"
