"Ordered a replacement canopy shade for my porch swing. Searched on the brand and model, everything checked out. When I received the canopy is was at least 3 inches too short. Garden Winds offers a return but they won't cover shipping even though it was their fault.
We had also purchased replacement cushions for the same porch swing a couple of months ago. While they fit fine, within a month they started turning from tan to an ugly pink and they're not even exposed to direct sunlight.

"I have purchased two replacement canopies (2017 & 2020) from Garden Winds. The replacement canopies are higher quality than OEM (Sunbrella) and less expensive! The fabric is more durable and ventilation is better. Customer Service was very helpful in selecting the correct canopy and delivery was fast. I am happy to find this supplier as Sunbrella no longer stocks a canopy that fits my gazebo. "
