The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in making me feel confident in placing my order. She took much time in explaining things, and answering all of my questions. I am sorry I do not recall her name, but I would like to give a shout out to her for helping me. My replacement canopy arrived quickly, and my husband was able to put it up himself. "Was trying to find a replacement awning for a glider I inherited. Had no literature on it at all and it was older model. No problem, snapped some pics, took some frame measurements and emailed them to the sales guys. Couple days later get an email complete with pics. They found my glider and had an exact fit. There were two replacements available. One was a little higher quality and wanted that one but it was on back order till mid July. Did not want to wait so ordered the less expensive one. Ordering and tracking was super easy. Emailed the day of delivery so I was ready. Easy install and quality more than enough and perfect fit. The higher end one was a rip stop material but this seems more than good enough. Now i can relax in shade. Great job guys"
