"My 20+ year old awning for a gazebo was tearing. Having held on to the original directions, I was able to find my model on line at Garden Winds. The fellow who responded to my several emails to insure that the awning would fit started out very helpful. But he didn't respond to my last two messages even though I indicated I was ready to purchase. I called the company and someone took the order. Only big disappointment was that the netting was not available for my measurements and the company would not sell me netting that was close enough as a single item. The awning arrived and fits perfectly. Just wish I could have the netting as well since I live in Memphis."

"My son gifted me a used catalever umbrella stand. I sent pictures of the stand and information. The umbrella I needed was not in stock. It did arrive before the expected date. The umbrella did not fit the frame, but we used our ingenuity and used zip ties the connect the elastic loops to the hooks. It worked perfectly. We knew we would never find an exact fit, so we made it work. Great umbrella! Thanks for your help. "
"I researched to find what cover would fit my existing swing and this was the only option only for me to install it today and it is not a tight fit at all, will it work I guess but living in a Windy City I don’t expect it to last long before it deteriorates from not being taute ! I have two stars because it did come quickly and it’s better than nothing but overall I am not happy with my purchase "
