"First time I called to check on my order status (it has been 3 weeks since the order was placed) "Hold times are longer than normal, there are 8 callers ahead of you, leave your number and we will call you back", which I did. When they called back they could not hear me and hung up. I called them back and was on hold for 20 minutes, not wanting to go thru the same scenario again. When I suggested to the person I that I finally spoke with that management may want to know about the long hold times, and possibly hire another person to answer phones, she said no, It is summer, so they are busier now. Pretty poor response if you ask me. Oh, and my replacement canopy isn't available until August 30! I realize that since COVID all systems are having problems, yet seriously, there still is such a thing as timely customer service. The order confirmation NEEDED to state the delivery date, it did not. When I had ordered from this company previously, service and delivery were great. Good luck!"

"The service was great! Text a picture of our frame and received a response with what we needed to order within 30 minutes. Placed my order with their recommendation an hour later and received the canopy within 3 days. The canopy fits perfectly and is a great addition to our backyard. "

"We needed a new canopy cover for a swing that we bought several years ago. I first tried finding the replacement canopy on my own, without knowing the name or model of our swing, but was not able to find the canopy. Somewhere along the way of me doing my online searches, Garden Winds' website populated on my computer, so I thought I would check out its website. I found a few swing that closely resembled our swing, so I thought this could possibly be the maker of our swing. I found instructions on the website that stated to take a picture of the swing and text it to Garden Winds and I would get an answer within 24 hours. Keep in mind, this was a Sunday and it was Father's Day. I texted the picture of just the canopy and I truly thought to myself that it will be days before I hear from the company (like most companies these days). Within a few minutes of sending my picture, I received a reply text asking me to send a picture of the entire swing. I couldn't believe that there was someone actually responding to me and it wasn't a "canned" message from a computer. I immediately sent the picture of the entire swing and within another few minutes, I was told the model # of the swing and what replacement canopy would work best for me. I ordered the replacement canopy from your website and it arrived within less than a week...and, IT FIT PERFECTLY!! it's amazing how your customer service technician could determine the correct canopy by just looking at a picture. You have outstanding customer service and I'm so pleased that I discovered your website while doing my searches. Thank you very much from an extremely happy customer for life!! "
