We did not receive the item depicted or the cover that matched the model number of the swing. After half a dozen email exchanges with the company sending numerous photos, swing dimensions, screenshots of their webpage trying to relate that what I received was not the cover I ordered. Each follow up email they just added to their list of requests for more information. The solution should have been easy, send me the cover depicted on your website as it is what I need and the model number matches my product. In closing... got tired of jumping through endless hoops and realized they have no intention of correcting their mistake! Shop elsewhere..."

"I ordered a canopy for my swing. I ordered the higher quality item but was sent the cheaper canopy. My item was in stock when I ordered it but was out of stock when I called about the cheaper canopy being sent. It would have been a couple months before my canopy would be back in stock. Very disappointed. I was refunded the difference in the price but the cheaper canopy is of poorer quality and will not last as long.
