"Prior to ordering a replacement canopy I sent them pictures of my swing which looked exactly like the pictures on their website. They confirmed that the one I was about to order would fit. I ordered and the package came quickly (the only good thing about this experience). The replacement canopy was at least 3 inches too narrow for the swing. They refused to take responsibility for sending either the wrong canopy or for having one that doesn't fit the model as they claimed. Even if it had fit . . . the material of the canopy was so flimsy and cheap that it wouldn't have made one season before tearing. I had to pay to return ship and then they deducted a restocking fee. The worst customer service ever."

"I really appreciated the fast shipment of my order; three days! Thank you. The canopy and side curtains are a good product and I like the way it all zips together. However with this most current order I noticed there was some decline in the quality of the horizontal zippers that attach the side curtains/netting to the overhead canopy assembly. These horizontal zippers need to be much more heavy duty and robust. The problem is the teeth of the zippers that attach the side curtains to the overhead canopy assembly tend to separate quite easily especially during installation. The weight of the side curtains tend to pull the zippers apart while trying to zip the side curtains around the canopy. Even after successfully getting everything zipped together the zippers tend to pull apart. This required me to use additional fasteners all around the assembly to keep everything attached. The vertical zippers for the side curtains are fine. You gotta do something about those flimsy horizontal zippers though. The horizontal zippers (canopy and side curtains) are of the quality one might find on a light jacket; not at all suitable for this particular application."
