"I ordered a gazebo top replacement on April 19th. I called today(2nd)To what the status of my order and was told it was out of stock and my order would not be delivered until July! Why wasn't I told this before I ordered? I than told the person to cancel ordered and refund my money.

"I received my replacement canopy and it was manufactured with the velcro on the opposite side of where it should be. I emailed Garden Winds and they said that I can get my ONE TIME replacement under the warranty. So basically, because of their manufacturing mistake, I have used up my warranty on a cover that was defective before I even received it. So if i have a real warranty issue in the next year, I am out of luck. Very poor customer service. "
