"Replaced torn curtains. Outside tie backs were ripped off. These replacements may have same issue going forward - but I hope they don't. The replacements do not have tie backs on the inside like old ones. We like to open three of the sides for entry and tie backs on inside would be an improvement to the replacement curtains. "

"When I realized I needed to change the canopy on my 5 year old pergola, I thought it was going to be a major challenge. I tracked down the manufacturer, after finding my original canopy model number (key), found them online; gave them a call to see if they shipped to Canada, and ordered the replacement still wondering if it would actually fit. Delivery was much faster than I thought it would be, all things considered, and it is now installed and looks great! Makes me wonder why I procrastinated so long in researching it. Guess it takes a virus to force you to 'catch up' on your life."

"Once we finally figured out which canopies we needed for our Gazebo and 3-person swing, we are really satisfied with the quality of the replacements. However, it took 3 tries to get the correct canopy for the swing and 2 tries to get the correct one for the gazebo. It was difficult to determine by the descriptions and measurements on the website which of the canopies we needed. Then to return the incorrect items cost an additional $10.00 (that was in addition to the $10.00 shipping per order we had already paid)."
