"I ordered 2 canopys on a Sunday. I found an extra canopy and tried to cancel my order two hours later. The site would not let me cancel. I tried calling and a recorded message said what the business hours were. The offices are closed on Sunday so I called Garden Winds the following Monday as soon as they opened up.

The woman I spoke with was very rude to me on the phone. I explained what happened on Sunday. She said there is only a 30 minute window to cancel. She also told me she was working from home and wasn't about to go to the warehouse to look for my one package. I said can't you call the warehouse and cancel my order? She said it was already processed. I find that hard to believe since no one was working on Sunday and I called as soon as they opened on monday.

One of my friends told me to always go through Amazon after I told him about my terrible experience with Garden Winds. I will do that from now on!!!
