"Let me start by saying that the customer service Representatives I have dealt with have been very nice. That being said, I purchased the canopy recommended for my gazebo and it did not fit. Even though the company website directed me to that particular canopy, I was told since it was a universal replacement cover, the return guarantee did not apply... Leaving me with a canopy that doesn't fit, and a $10 return fee. I'm also confused why 10'x 10' doesn't actually mean 10'x10'. "
