"Very happy with delivery time and quality. New canopy was easy to install. The only difference from the original is the absence of a large, velcro strap to tie the canopy back to the offset arm. The only strap included works to tie the canopy together while it hangs down from the offset arm."

We have not yet had the opportunity to hang the fabric due to the fact that we live in Buffalo, and it snows well into May, but we did open it and looked at the quality and construction of the product and it looks great! As others have commented, the length is a bit short but for the space wen need, it is not an issue at all. It does come with plastic rings to hang it and those seem a little cheap, but overall this looks like a good product and the fabric is nice and sturdy. I would absolutely recommend this product!"

Since first order went well I called back to place 2nd order, held for over ONE HOUR. Finally I left my number for a call back. When I was called back in less than 5 minutes I could her but she could not hear me. So I called back to customer service line and repeated process it took 3 call backs before I finally got a gentleman to help me. He took my order and now I am waiting for 2nd canopy.
If you take pictures of what you need and submit them they can tell you what replacement canopy you need. That was the best part as I was unsure."
