"One canopy that had velcro installed alot easier.
Canopy without velcro made much more harder a job to install. There was no way to slide end rails through seam on canopy because of this. I had to slide rail half way through and fasten the rest a different way. If velcro would have been on canopy it would have saved a lot on installation time. Design needs to be redone on this canopy.
I thought I was going to have to return it to you due to this. Please check this out before I buy another one. This is the second one I have got from you and the first one didn't have velcro either."
"I was in need of a replacement canopy for my gazebo that I purchased several years ago at a Rona store in Canada. I checked on the Internet, Amazon, and was directed to Garden Winds. When I contacted them on their toll free number, the person who answered was quickly able to tell me that the canopy I wanted was in stock and could be shipped the next day. The cost and shipping was rather high ($250 for a gazebo that originally cost $125) but because i enjoy the gazebo so much it was worth it. I asked if a similar replacement canopy would still be available in a year or two and was assured it would be.
