I called customer service and after giving the correct dimensions (which was our fault initially) we were sent a new and great fitting canopy and because we had to pay freight for shipping to and from us on the return, she waived the shipping fee for the correct canopy. It fits great and customer service was great! I have already referred someone else to them looking for a canopy for their older swing. "
