"It was a good experience with ordering. I submitted a photo and they recommended the canopy for our swing. This would be a five star rating with the only problem we had was putting the canopy on the frame. It was just a hair short and took 3 people to finally get it on. If not for that the ordering was great the delivery satisfactory and the material nicer then what we had."

"Transaction was easy, canopy fits well, shipping takes longer than it should for the S&H cost, and the replacement canopy costs more than the whole gazebo did.... this is our second or third replacement through Garden Winds and unfortunately even though it’s the Riplock 350 (costs more) it only lasts two years with the direct sun and spring/fall winds we experience. We will look into replacing the whole canopy with a wood gazebo and steel or aluminum roof after this canopy fails. "

"I ordered a 10x10 replacement gazebo cover. Sent a photo of my frame for proper fit. What I got for nearly a 100$ was a very thin piece of garbage that didn’t fit and ripped when I tried to put it on! I’ve been putting these on for over 20 years and I know what I’m doing, I would like a refund or even a partial refund however, I get no response."
