The size that we ordered was correct however the white elastic hooks that are on the inside of the canopy did not even come close to fitting. Not sure if this was a manufacturing error or what the issue was but the quality of those hooks was poor and they did not appropriately fit the umbrella. It was disappointing because the new canopy’s are not inexpensive. "

"I ordered a cover for my gazebo and before it arrived I discovered the frame was no good so we had to take it down and consequently did not need the cover. When the box came I notified Garden winds of the problem ( I had tried so stop it as soon as I found we wouldn't need it but was told it was shipped) and planned to not accept it. I was told whether I accepted it or send it back I was being charged shipping on the sending and returning. Most companies I have ordered from do not do this on returns and ones that do I do not order again from. "
